I need a good website creator for free?
I am working on a fan site for the popular series “Warriors” by Erin Hunter. I need a number of features, and I was wondering if there is a free web creator that has all of them for when I am finished. I have already tried…

I am looking for these things in the site-
1. Easy to work with Forum
2. Members pages
3. Easy set up for a lot of information and pictures.
Is there anything with especially the first two. I can handle going with Weebly, but there is no members pages, so I would have to put one together a different way. It would still work, but it would be complicated, although I like the set-up. Any suggestons? It needs to be free, and I don’t care much about limits, I only really need the basics.
I honestly find that designing the HTML/CSS/Javascript/PHP myself in Notepad++ ( http://sourceforge.net/projects/notepad-plus/ ) is the easiest way for me. Then I use Filezilla ( http://filezilla-project.org/ ) to upload the files. On Mac, I use Komodo Edit ( http://www.activestate.com/komodo-edit ) for the text files, and fortunately, there’s a Filezilla for Mac. On Linux, Gedit (comes with most distros) + Filezilla.
