Is Zeuez a good SEO Company?

I am looking for a good Seo firm. Utah Based. There is a new company called Zeuez, but everyone I talked to said they were crooks. They are cheap that is the only reason I would consider them. Any thoughts?

I typed in their website www.zeuez.com into submit expresses analyzer and the front page alone says they are a bad company. They have more violations on their front page than many sites do on their entire site.
